These 1:1 hikes include somatic invitations, intentional pauses, breathwork, and moments of stillness to help you access both vitality and groundedness. Think steady movement + embodied presence + the spaciousness of the outdoors.

A small-group nature walk for shared nervous system settling and gentle connection.
The Pack is a slow, social experience designed for 3–8 people. We walk at a relaxed pace with time to pause, breathe, and notice together. No pressure, no performance — just presence, nature, and group co-regulation.

This 2.5–3 hour experience blends walking, stillness, somatics, writing, reflection, and simple grounding rituals. Slow, beautiful, intentional — a deeper immersion into your nervous system and the natural world.
